1. Character Rules
All Sibyllae must be female and use female pronouns, as all people of Daikūriku are born female in the first place, and Sibyllae have not made their pilgrimage to The Spring yet. Characters may choose their permanent sex at age seventeen. The only exception is if they are required to remain in service longer in a time of serious war or if forced or granted permission to do so earlier or later than the required age. An exception to this rule includes if your character is of age and chooses their permanent sex to be male, where you will now be allowed to use male pronouns.
2. Username
It is much appreciated, and recommended, that your username is of your character's name. If you need to change your username, please find "Profile", "Edit Profile" then change your username through "Display Name".
3. Literacy
Mild literacy is required. Meaning most words must be spelled correctly, and grammar, capitalization, and tense rules are recommended to be followed. If you have trouble with that, know that it is okay; just make sure others can understand what you are trying to write.
4. English
In order to role play within this forum, you must know English, or at least enough to be able to understand and write in it, please.
5. No Powerplay
"Powerplay" means to take control of another member's character. It is not permitted at all, and you will receive a warning if you repeatedly continue to do this. An example of powerplay is if one person is role playing with another, and the other assumes control of the other's character, making them say what they want them to say and do what they want them to do in a certain situation or event.
6. No First Person Posts
All posts must be written in third person. For example, instead of writing "I" you would write "she".
6. Mature Content
Under NO circumstances will you post mature content on this site. Please don't role play it offsite either. In other words, please don't post anything too explicit or of uncensored sexual nature.
7. No Swearing
Please don't swear explicitly anywhere on this site. This includes in posts or in private messages. Light swears are okay if in moderation, but nothing exceeding them.
8. Regarding Issues
If you have issues with another member, or with the site in general, please contact an admin.
9. Roommate
Roommates are situated in Choir pairs, meaning each Sagitta rooms with their Auriga and vice versa.
10. Choosing a Simoun partner
Simoun partners will be randomly assigned upon registering for a Choir. If you encounter a Sibylla that you would like to be your partner in exchange, don't force them; work out an agreement, and if they don't want to switch partners, don't force them to switch. You will also need to consult with your previous Simoun partner if you hadn't already so they know what is going on.
11. Sagitta and Auriga
Sagitta and Auriga positions are up to the applicants to choose. Sagitta's pilot the Simoun while Auriga's fly co-pilot in the upper cockpit. Each Choir needs a total of six each. If too many register for one position in one Choir, your character might be switched to balance the positions, but not without a generous foresight and admin conversation, however.
12. Journey To The Spring
Once your character reaches age seventeen, if not within special circumstances, she will be whisked off to The Spring to choose a permanent sex. Once chosen, you can continue to play your character, but they can no longer fly a Simoun. However, as of currently in the war, Sibylla may be of any age between 12 and 19. Sibylla may leave at any time to go to the Spring regardless of what age she is if they wish. Please write "Onashia" somewhere within your application to be accepted.
13. Male Naming
If your character is old enough to select a permanent sex at The Spring, and they wish to select male, please incorporate the endings "f", "uf", or "ef" to the ends of their names to indicate this change.
14. Ban
There are numerous infringements you could do to get banned; a few include spamming, not following the rules, or harassing others to an extreme extent. You will receive a warning upon first infringement, along with a second one, though after your second, you will receive a ban.
15. Character Limit
There is no limit for how many characters you can have. Make as many as you would like.
